Substrate, growing media and repotting:

A well draining potting mix with lots of added perlite is preferred.

Watering:

Doesn't require too much water. When the soil is dry it can be watered. Once established, if the stems/segments farthest from the substrate feel soft/squishy that's a good indication it needs water.

Fertilizer:

1 to 2 times a month in the summer and 1 time every 2-3 months in the winter.
